Nikki favourite for eviction

Model Nikki Grahame is favourite to be evicted from Channel 4 show Big Brother on Friday.

All the housemates apart from recruitment consultant Jayne Kitt face the public vote as a punishment for Jayne's rule-breaking.

Jayne broke Big Brother protocol by talking about her impressions of housemates in the Channel 4 show before she joined the show.

Bookmaker William Hill is offering odds of 8/11 for Nikki to be evicted.

Next favourite to leave is Aisleyne at 11/8, with Susie in third place at 8/1.

On hearing Big Brother's decision to nominate 11 of the housemates earlier this week, Jayne, 37, said: "It was my mistake - why punish them?"

This is the fourth time 24-year-old model Nikki Grahame has been up for eviction.

BB housemates up for eviction except for Jayne

All the housemates except newcomer Jayne face eviction from the Big Brother house this week.

The cruel twist has been designed to embarrass and punish Jayne, 36, after she broke the rules by talking about the outside world.

She ignited the wrath of Big Brother by talking about the impressions she had before joining the show of the current housemates.

The twist was unveiled as the housemates were gathered in the living room this afternoon for what they thought was a normal round of nominations.

Recruitment consultant Jayne was called to the Diary Room to be reprimanded for her rule-breaking, as the rest of the housemates watched the conversation on the plasma screens.

Big Brother told Jayne: "Since entering the house you have broken the Big Brother rules by talking about the outside world on numerous occasions.

"Despite having received an official warning from Big Brother, you have continued to break the rules.

"You have let yourself down, you've let Big Brother down but most importantly you've let your fellow housemates down. As a result of this rule-breaking all your fellow housemates will face the public vote this week. You, however, will be the only housemate who will not face eviction on Friday."

Jayne was shocked and full of remorse, pleading with Big Brother: "Why punish them?"

She left the Diary Room to tell her housemates "I'm so sorry", as Nikki and Michael immediately ran to her hug her. Nikki consoled Jayne by saying; "I thought they were getting rid of you," as distraught Jayne promised; "I'm so sorry, I'll make you tea all week."

Aisleyne and Nikki - Battle of the Blondes

The truce between warring Big Brother blondes Aisleyne and Nikki appears short-lived as the pair continue to clash.

Nikki confessed her joy last week at the "eviction" of her rival, only to be horrified when she walked back into the house from the secret house next door.

They briefly kissed and made up as they agreed to put their differences aside but normal service was soon resumed.

Aisleyne had apologised to Nikki about her reaction to being nominated, admitting: "I wasn't a very nice person that week. I took it all very personally and I'm sorry you bore the brunt of it."

"I'm glad we made up, Nikki told her.

"So am I," replied Aisleyne. They hugged.

Peace between the pair lasted barely three hours, though, when Nikki annoyed Aisleyne by taking a shower when she was busy scrubbing up the bathroom.

"I want to have a shower," Nikki whined to Imogen and Glyn, then adding firmly: "I'm getting in."

When Aisleyne briefly left the bathroom, Nikki waltzed in and got right into the shower. The pair then argued.

Later, Nikki mistakenly ate a full dinner which left Aisleyne without a meal after she built up an appetite by sprucing up the house.

Housemates meet Jayne

The Big Brother house's newest housemate has been making herself at home - since arriving from the secret house-next-door.

Recruitment consultant Jayne shocked housemates when she arrived unannounced through the Diary Room door.

And as they gathered round to welcome her, they didn't know just how true her words were when she told them: "I'm quite normal, really. I'm the girl next door."

She had been evicted from the secret house by Aisleyne - who was put into the other house after her own eviction. Promotions girl Aisleyne chose Jayne to go because the 36-year-old from Slough was too loud, but neither knew the twist Big Brother had planned.

Jayne was told to go to the Diary Room by Big Brother, where she reacted ecstatically to the news she would be heading next door, instead of home.

Her arrival didn't get quite such a positive reaction as she came through the Diary Room door too meet her new friends, before heading to the bedroom to pick her bed.

"Argh. Oh my God. Are you real?" asked Nikki as she and Pete first spotted the newcomer.

Although Jayne is not allowed to talk about the secret house next door or reveal that Aisleyne is living there, she wasted no time finding out exactly what the housemates thought of their recently evicted friend.

While Glyn, Imogen and Pete all had good things to say about Aisleyne, Nikki wasn't so complimentary, saying she didn't trust her, adding: "She'd go boring, and then make digs at me and ignore me."

Meanwhile, in the house next door Aisleyne was struggling with the knowledge that she will be evicting more people in the coming days, telling Big Brother: "This place is messing with my head."
